My Favourite Testosterone Boosting Smoothie
Many of us enjoy a healthy smoothie in the morning, its a sure fire way to start your day in a healthy way.
The choice of recipes and ingredients is endless and depending on what you choose to put into them, they can be used for fighting colds, boosting energy, increasing muscle mass and strength, improving endurance and recovery, and the purpose of this article – Testosterone Boosting.
Elevating Testosterone Production.
To make an effective testosterone boosting smoothie, the key is to get a huge amount of essential micronutrients, flavanoids, healthy fats and protein in to help kick start your energy levels and boost your vitality.
I discovered a great recipe for a testosterone boosting smoothie while looking through another website called alphawolfnutrition.com and after trying it for a few months, I felt that I just had to share it with you.
This recipe is more concerned with the nutritional aspect rather than taste, it doesn’t mean that it tastes bad, I actually really like it, but personal tastes do vary and you can vary things to suit you.
I use a large volume kitchen aid blender, but of course any decent blender (nutri bullets are great) will suffice.
The fruit contained in the mix can vary to suit your preferences, but I always like to use strawberries and my favourites blueberries, raspberries and maybe some blackberries too when in season.

Best Place To Buy The Fruit And Ingredients.
I tend to buy frozen fruit from my local supermarket (although fresh fruit is great when its in season), and the other additions from health food shops or online.
Costco in the US is a great place to buy frozen fruit with some great deals for buying a number of organic bags of fruit, in the UK, Tesco or Sainsburies are two popular supermarkets that both carry a large range of frozen and fresh fruit.
